Only Ranil can give the leadership for a radical political movement

Colombo District United National Party Leader Ravi Karunanayake emphasized that only President Ranil Wickremesinghe can give a leadership for a radical political movement that will build the country by gathering all parties together and he further commented.

"Reconciliation and peace are the essential factors to win international support, recognition and respect and develop this country. It is only   the United National Party which can bring that peace and reconciliation in order to   win international support, recognition and respect.

Today, the country-people need a new and broad national political force that can gather all the parties together to get this country out of the crisis that has arisen, and such a radical revolution in the country can only be brought about by such a political force.

Such a new political force on behalf of the country-people can be built only by working with a new mind set and a new action plan. The most suitable political leader to lead that new political movement is the current President Ranil Wickramasinghe.

It must be said that only the United National Party saved and developed the country and provided relief to the people every time the destructive, racist and extremist politics and the left-wing political movement destroyed this country. Also, the United National Party treats every religion and every ethnic group in the same way. It was the United National Party that united this country regardless of race, religion and caste by fulfilling its duties to the urban as well as the rural community.

This country and people have no alternative other than the United National Party and Ranil Wickramasinghe. It must be said that the opposition is doing opportunistic politics by deceiving and betraying the people of the country.
